20 MIN DEBLOATING CARDIO WORKOUT - Apartment Friendly

It’s super uncomfortable to get and stay bloated especially midday when you still have half a work day to go through. But FEAR NO MORE! Here is a super simple, and gentle workout you can do virtually anywhere. Throughout this workout I stayed within a very small space and completed all the exercises. This workout also doesn’t have any jumping or thumping, so don’t worry if you want to do this in your apartment, your downstairs neighbors will thank-you for your consideration! Remember that drinking water will make a huge difference as well, so during the water break I give you the chance to take in some water to flush it all out and to keep moving.
