CU’s of the fish in the nets, showing huge sturgeon being picked out of the water and taken onboard boat. Various shots floating cannery where the roe is taken from the sturgeon and produced as caviar. Good shots taken in the cannery where the caviar is pasteurised, slightly salted, and then packed into jars by special machines. MS and CU finished product in jars.
