Why to Breathe Less than Normal in Yoga: Advanced Prânâyâma by Simon Borg-Olivier

In this video Simon Borg-Olivier explains why you should breathe less than normal in yoga and exercise. Although many breath-control exercises (prânâyâmas) ar I think that most people in the modern world should first practice diaphragmatic inhalation and passive exhalation. Then learn thoracic inhalation with the abdomen relaxed. Then learn complete breathing (abdomen then chest). Here I use a more advanced method of complete breath into the back of the body.
