The Danish String Quartet plays Sønderho bridal trilogy - part II (danish trad.)

This is a traditional danish folk tune from a tiny village called Sønderho in the western part of Denmark. It’s the second tune in a set of three wedding tunes which dates hundreds of years back. We simply love it! In the autumn of 2013 we will record a pure folk music album containing some of the best tunes from Denmark and Scandinavia.
