The Not-So-Evil Emperor Zurg

In Toy Story 2, the evil emperor Zurg has a very evil Darth Vader-esque personality. In the BLoSC TV series, when the animators turned him into a cartoon, they decided to lighten him up... severely a far less intimidating flamboyant villain who is just as much a comic relief character as he is a formidable opponent. This is all funny pieces from the 1st BLoSC movie.
