The Last Champion

Mike Jensen is one of the best stunt riders ever. His style is a great balance of skill, dynamic, risk and entertainment. This year he was in a top shape and prepared the most difficult sport freestyle, but the rainy weather did not allow to show his best. Rolling stoppie 360 in the beginning did not work, shuffle 360 and highchair side-to-side drifts were removed, because of the high risk on the wet asphalt, unicycle and spin were eliminated after small mistake in no hand circles. Anyway, Mike had a super good run given the conditions. He made the best stoppie set both to the right and left hand (kangaroo 360, rolling 270 and 180, HC 270), which is unique and shows highest stoppie skills. Also, we saw new stunts: spectacular watchtower surfer and tricky nohands side sit down circles. Overall the performance was seriously upgraded in acrobatics adding jumps and volts, in wheelies adding scrapes and interesting transitions.
