One is made with beef short rib from Damyang area, and the other is made with half minced beef and half minced pork and it’s from Songjeong, Gwangju city of Korea. Both versions of Tteokgalbi are SO delicious and go well with rice! I will introduce Songjeong stye Tteokgalbi using pork and beef instead of beef short rib today!
