John illsley Band with special guest Guy Fletcher Glastonbury Acoustic Stage

John Illsley & his band along with Guy Fletcher from the Dire Straits performed a brilliant Set at the Acoustic Stage at Glastonbury 2014. A massive Thunderstorm started just before this track and you can see the Rain coming into the Stage Area, but the Band played on :) Looking every bit like a rock n roll Bill Nighy, Illsley launched into a ferocious rendition of Sultans of Swing. The 65-year-old was so out of breath by the end, he was unable to speak -- the only giveaway that it was not, in fact, 1978 all over again. As a good friend and artist mentioned in this song George Borowski announced his retirement recently, it was great to hear this song again, Guitar George Knows all the Chords :) Happy Retirement George :) George has not retired, and is still knocking out the chords.... **Please Subscribe**
