M/S of Prince Edward, the Prince of Wales, standing with a rotund scout master in front of a crowd of scouts. The Prince is seen chatting with several younger scout masters. Various shots of Prince Edward acting as the umpire of a tug of war match. The Prince watches the marker in the middle of rope carefully and holds up his walking stick when it crosses the line.
