What we say matters. How we say things matter. The younger we are when we understand this the better, but hopefully it’s not too late for some people to learn! I love this idea that if someone can’t change something about themselves in 30 seconds or less, then you shouldn’t be mentioning it to them. This doesn’t just apply to when we say something to someone in person, but how we behave online.
