No Survivors Found at Virginia Crash Site After Private Jet Chased Across Washington by F-16s
The military scrambled fighter jets after a small plane failed to respond when it flew into restricted airspace over Washington, DC on June 4. The fighter jets caused a loud sonic boom that was heard and recorded by residents across the capital region.
The plane crashed in a rural part of the Shenandoah Valley and rescuers found no survivors.
