Free Will: Illusion or Real?

Is free will illusory or real? Do we have free choice in what we think and do? Where do our thoughts and desires come from? How can we reach true free will? What do we have to achieve in order to reach true free will? I do not think about “free will” much. Everything that exists “pre-exists,” even before I start to perceive them. Even my thoughts and desires are there before I see them. I am not creating my own desires. As Kabbalah explains, freedom is to agree or not, to willingly become a channel for the single thrust behind reality. This means to become a servant of the Creator. This means turning my will to make it identical to the will of the Creator. Then, there is completely free will. It does not mean doing “other things” according to whatever pops into my head, we do not have that opportunity or ability. But we can achieve 100% free will by developing ourselves until what we want is the same thing as the purpose behind creation. — ►Take the Free KabU Course to Find True Answers About Life: This course is a journey into understanding life and how all its pieces come together.
