China Palaki Yatra 2013

For the 1st time in history, we present to you Sri Jagannath Palaki Yatra in the streets of China!. Prabhupadaungas devotees from China organised a grand festival in cooperation with devotees from Sri Krishna Mandir Singapore. Seated majestically on a palanquin, Lord Jagannath Baladev and Subhadra bestowed their limitless mercy upon the people of Zhongshan, Guangzhou. The procession was also accompanied by a roaring Kirtan led by Singapore devotees with hundreds of people chanting and dancing to the Hare Krishna Maha mantra. Free Prasadam and blankets were also given out to the poor and needy. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu predicted 500 years ago that “In every town and village, the chanting of My name will be heard.“ and his words cannot go wrong.
