Today we’re going to prepare a traditional dish from Valencia, on the Mediterranean coast. Together with rice, fideuà is the most well-known dish in Valencia.
The fideuà recipe we’re going to prepare today is made with vegetables like tomato, pepper, onion, ñora, and garlic as well as fish and seafood like Norway lobster, prawns and cuttlefish.
The ingredient that makes this dish different are the thick noodles used instead of rice. They absorb the stock and, although the ingredients are the same, they make this dish completely different.
