Forces News has visited the Nato organisation tasked with the rapid deployment of troops and equipment anywhere in Europe. The Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC) – based in Ulm, southern Germany - was set up after Russia’s annexation of Crimea. Its role is to co-ordinate the reinforcement of troops and supplies from across the alliance and sustain military forces in the entire Euro-Atlantic area.
