I was just really into the song? I tried to save it with effects in post processing, but it’s still really hard to see, but umm hey, you know what? If you just shrink it down to really small and watch it like that, you can almost tell I have a face, so that’s exciting. (I’m not even kidding, it’s almost nice if you do that [cheesy smile].) This recording is more for the song anyway; what’s important is that you can hear my voice. This is the theme song for the new movie Once I Was a Beehive that comes out soon. I really loved the song when I heard it and I could totally relate because I love Girls’ Camp and the togetherness it creates. You learn to love a lot of people. God’s love is so strong always and being at Girls’ Camp, away from the world, allows me to feel the love so strongly. That love is translated into this song, and that is why I love it so much. I noticed the song was a little short though, so I decided to add a few verses of my own and quickly cut together the karaoke. I wrote the second and third verses and the second bridge; the lyrics to the whole song are below. Can’t wait for this movie to come out and maybe I’ll be posting a better recording of this soon! :) Thanks for watching guys! :) Comment below your favorite GC story! Drove for miles up this dusty road, I felt so lost and on my own with you, with you. Life has had me up a creek, But I’ve been up here this entire week with you, with you. And now I’m feeling a little better, And I think it comes down to a few small letters. They’re T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and that’s together T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and we’re together We camp the night in sleeping bags, I start to move on from my past with us, with us. Hikes and bugs all sounded bad, But now I give it all I’ve had with us, with us. And now I’m healing, and it’s better, And I think it comes down to a few small letters. They’re T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and that’s together T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and we’re together Together keeps the bears far away off in their lairs. Together keeps us dry in the rain. Together here we are underneath this night of stars. Together we share joy and pain. At the campfire gathered round, I don’t have to make a sound to know, we know. This week has to come to an end, But through it all I’ve found true friends and so, I’ll go Willing to feel better And I know it comes down to a few small letters They’re T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and that’s together T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and we’re together Together there’s no fear, sing a song and say a cheer. Together we rely as a team. Together, feel the love, that is given from above, Together we can be redeemed. T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and that’s together T-O-G to the E to the T And then you add on HER and we’re together Drove for miles up this dusty road It felt so good to not be alone with you, with you.
