[fallout 3] killed the surgeon (at red racer factory)

...he was mad asshole anyway. no karma points will be lost, and after killing him you’ll get surgeon’s lab coat, which gives bonus points for medicine and science, so that means it can easily replace both wasteland surgeon outfit and vault lab uniform.
