Exercise 1: Fingertip pushup hold (one minute).
Exercise 2: Sow Bow (sandbag) training. Begin with 200 punches increasing the punching force after every 50 punches. The first 50 punches should be rather light. The final 50 should be full force. Follow-up with 50 sandbag slaps. Finally, apply Jut Sao 200 times on the sandbag in the same manner you performed your punches.
Exercise 3: Pole Exercise. Grab the end of a heavy six foot pole and smack it against the side of the top end of hanging heavy bag. Perform 25 smacks with each hand.
Exercise 4: Knuckle stand (two minutes).
