This footage was filmed from The Brooklyn Heights Promenade in Brooklyn facing the City of New York on May 15, 2021, but was published two days later on May 17, 2021. The witness stated that before filming he thought they were helicopters, but he watched these strange objects doing strange movements which caught his attention and decided to film.
