This is a low intensity steady state cardio workout you can easily modify, depending on your needs, equipment or energy level. Adjust weights and pace accordingly. If you feel extra energetic, I`ve added the option to replace some of your walking with jogging in place. This is a slow but challenging workout, so make sure you go at your own pace, and take breaks whenever you need them. Hope you enjoy it!
