Recycled coffee bags - Checkered pattern

Squares woven out of coffee bags can be used to make all kinds of baskets and bags. Squaremill weaving combines square weaving and windmill weaving. Stunning bags and baskets woven out of coffee bags are unique, practical and durable. And of course a great way to recycle used coffee bags! For the weaving you need: - empty coffee bags (at least 54) - paper or cardboard - a pen - scissors - clothespins or other clips - durable wooden sticks or knitting needles To join woven pieces, you need: - string (e.g. gift wrapping string) - a needle - scissors - ribbon for handles (2-2,5m) I used 162 coffee bags for this bag.
