Russian forces have rarely deployed such expensive missiles against Ukraine due to cost restraints. The attacks closed down most cafes and restaurants in Kyiv and Kharkiv, while many stayed indoors and in shelters as the city was bombarded from the morning. The recent exchange of attacks between Russia and Ukraine began on Friday when Russia killed at least 41 civilians in its largest aerial attack of the war.
