Various shots peaceful marchers carrying banners expressing their nonacceptance of the Government’s White Paper on Union Reform. The workers from docks, newspapers and building sites, they are heading towards a rally at Tower Hill. A brass band leads the way. There is a group of Asian workers wearing turbans. We see Communist and Socialists groups selling newsletters. We see people giving speeches, good shots demonstrators listening. Various shots outside the picketed newspaper offices in Fleet Street.
