We’ll do some fun warm-up exercises to wake up your muscles and get you ready for the exciting workout! Warm ups 20 -25 secs ea 1 - High knees 2 - Butt kicks 3- Alt lunges 4 -Toe touches 5- Scoops 6- Bodyweight squats 7- Alt lunges Progressive Overload - Increase your weight by 5-10 lbs each set Phase 1 1a half to full full squats 3x10 1b Deficit push ups x 3x10 1c Bicep curls x 3x10 No rest between exercises, but 30-60 seconds of rest between rounds Phase 2 2A Z press 3x12 2B Pull ups 3x8-12 2C Renegade rows 3x10 Phase 3 3A Static Split squats 3x10 3B Floor Press 3x10 Metcom (finisher) 6 thruster’s 6 Burpees 12 butterfly sit-ups Repeat 3 times without no rest!
