The national hydrogen strategy lays out a plan for Germany to become a world leader in the development and deployment of hydrogen fuel resources. The biggest advantage is refueling: 500 kilometers of range can be refilled in just 5 minutes at the pump. The average pure electric vehicle would need at least 45 minutes to charge for a similar range. One problem, At the moment, the only hydrogen cars on the German market are made by Toyota and Hyundai.
