Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 8:30 PM An improvised work composed for computer-controlled organ and real-time electroacoustic processing. - - Exploratory Visit (Fr/En): 7:45 PM ElectrORGANic Light The computer-controlled organ in real time Hosted by Matthias Krüger (conception and electronics) and Adrian Foster (organ) - - This event is an opportunity to discover Matthias Krüger’s work and rediscover the instrument considered to be the oldest synthesizer in the world, the organ. Accompanied by organist Adrian Foster, he invites us to explore the essence of music itself: time and space. - - Matthias Krüger is a contemporary music composer based between Paris and Hamburg. He is the winner of the new music residency (2023–2024) awarded by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, Groupe Le Vivier and the Goethe-Institut. This event is an opportunity to discover his work and artistic project.
