Yoga Exercises with the Reclining Bound Angle and Side Seated Angle Poses In this video, I will begin by doing a “reclining bound angle“ pose. This will stretch out your thighs. While in this pose, I will do several different stretching exercises for the legs. Next, I will do a “frog“ pose with blocks to maximize the stretch. I will then transition into a “seated straddle“ pose while placing my feet onto the blocks to maximize the stretch. From there, I will transition into a variation of a “side seated angle“ and a “seated extended leg squat“ pose. This will stretch out your legs. I will go back into a “seated straddle“ pose and finally go into a “frog“ pose again. The last part of the routine, I will do a variation of a “reclining twist“ pose. 🧘🏽‍♀️Yoga is serenity.
