Restoration of Breitling Chronomat

I’m restoring a Breitling Chronomat reference number B13047 equipped with movement Valjoux 7750. This particular movement is the old Valjoux version with 17 jewels. The new movement has 25 jewels. Year of production is early 90s. The watch is heavily used and has several deep scratches. It has not been serviced throughout the last decades. The movement is very dirty and dry like a desert. Neither oil nor any lubricant exist anymore. As usual I will try my best to make the wristwatch nice again. Hope you enjoy the restoration 😊 Chapters: 00:00 Intro 00:19 Opening the case 02:28 Removing the hands 03:26 Disassembling the movement 09:12 Cleaning the movement parts 10:57 Cleaning the case parts 12:46 Polishing the case and bracelet 16:05 Lathe work 17:24 Hand polishing tiny parts 20:12 18k Gold-Platting 22:56 Assembling the case 24:17 Luming the hands 25:00 Bezel assembly 26:02 Assembling the movement 33:33 Cleaning the dial 34:18 Putting the hands back 36:05 Assembling the case 36:36 Final steps 37:38 Show of Music: Track: Dread Pitt - Reckless (ft.
