Stuffed Peppers (recipe for 3 peppers)
Ingredients:
3 Peppers
Ground beef - 150-200 grams
Boiled rice 10-20 grams (I use basmati rice)
Onion 1 (medium size)
Carrot 1 (medium size)
Spices to your taste
Salt
Cheese
For the sauce:
Sour cream 3-4 tablespoons
Tomato and basil sauce 5 tablespoons
Warm water (depends on the height of the pepper)
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until soft (about 5 minutes).
Boil rice and allow to cool.
