Throughout the Second World War, there were a number of German war criminals who would be later condemned for their actions. One of the most evil SS men was Viktor Brack who would be responsible for the deaths of thousands of people. He was close with Heinrich Himmler, and he would also act as his driver. But he was then placed in control of the Aktion T4 programme in which thousands were sent to their deaths. Viktor Brack was also involved in installing the gas chambers inside of the concentration camps, but at the end of the war he was arrested and was then brought to trial. But following being announced guilty, he was sent to Landsberg Prison and was then executed on a large gallows in front of a number of American soldiers.
