Joe Lewis at the Jeet Kune Do Martial Arts Academy, Huntington NY 1of3

This time we are here to present a video of my Sifu Steve Psihos and some of my fellow students working with the kickboxing champion and legend Joe Lewis. This video is part 1 of a 3 part series that was originally directed, produced, and edited by Vincent Fave Jr. We hope you enjoy seeing Mr. Lewis explain the shovel hook, the step out cross while leaving the hand behind, and the concept of balance in conjunction with hip torque rotation being determined by range of attack. Joe Lewis was an exceptional martial artist who’s personality and contributions are surely missed. We hope you enjoy the video and the bits of knowledge that the champ left behind for us to pick up.
