The Ashtar Command, like all social groups, businesses, or clubs, has a hierarchy. This one is a spiritual hierarchy based on spiritual achievements. Of course, most of the members come from civilizations other than our own, but some of our very own spiritual master’s have ascended to join the Great White Brotherhood, also known as the Galactic Federation of Light.
