Russia: New Russian Mi-38 helicopter certified ahead of 2016 market launch

The Russian-built multipurpose, medium Mil Mi-38 helicopter and the VIP version of the light multipurpose Kazan Ansat helicopter were officially certified in Moscow on Wednesday. Officials expect the first of the helicopters to go on the Russian market next year.
