Inside a prison where Russia tortured Ukrainian POWs. Investigation by the Kyiv Independent

This prison-turned-camp became infamous due to reports of abuse and torture inflicted upon its prisoners. On the night of July 28, 2022, an explosion in the camp killed 57 Ukrainian prisoners, and Olenivka became known globally. Who runs this prison?
