Tutorial | Photoshop | Luarel Effect

Hey what’sup guys. I’m really hoping you are enjoying these effects as much as I am creating them. This effect is a mostly rare effect that I had pictured in my mind from an image I saw a while back. This effect works best with dark images, or close to dark. Bringin gout green and a few cool colors to maintain composer.
