Green Eggs and Ham Omelet | Everyday Food with Sarah Carey

The key to today’s supper is eggs. They’re one of my top choices for a quick dinner. Add fresh spinach (the “green“), a little cheese (I like sharp cheddar), and a couple slices of ham, and you’ve got a satisfying, good-for-you meal that’s done in, yes, less than 15 minutes.
