FX Maverick Compact .30 caliber Air Rifle, My initial impression!

I run up to the Wisconsin woods to sight in my FX Maverick Compact .30 caliber PCP air rifle, to prepare for an upcoming predator hunt. While there, I took the opportunity to go on my last varying (snowshoe) hare hunt of the season. In this video I’ll give you my initial impression of the Maverick, and I’ll ask “is this the best air rifle for small game hunting?“ . We’ll take a look at this innovative gun, then get a bit of shooting on paper and steel targets, before wrapping up with a walk through the woods hunting snowshoe hare with an airgun. Besides the gun, I had some other gear along that has really been impressing me, the Element Helix 6-24x50 FFP first focal plane scope coupled with the Eagle Vision scope camera.
