Fabricating multi tooth cycloidal cutters for clocks, Part 5 “polishing & cutting the cutter teeth“

In this video I show how I polish the cutter blank, then set up for cutting the excess material from the cutter blank leaving the cutter teeth. This is a time consuming process but I speed thru it for your convenience. At 1:52 I show my Atlas horizontal mill and how I set it up to hold stock with a older watchmakers lathe attached to the feed table. 3:53 is where I have the calculated surface “feed“ per minute.
