Unlike some well known (& lesser known) fast food restaurants and takeaways, there was no microwave, deep fat fryer or frozen food to be seen at “Indian Seasonings“ stall because thankfully everything was being freshly prepared & cooked to order. The naan breads, paneer & chicken tikkas were being made in an authentic charcoal clay tandoor oven which had been transported over to the UK from India; just to give that genuine BBQ taste (which you simply can’t achieve in a gas fired tandoori oven).
