Welcome back to our channel! In this video, we’re excited to share with you a delicious and healthy spicy salad recipe that’s perfect for those who are watching their weight. This salad is bursting with flavor and is sure to impress your guests. Plus, it only takes three minutes to make!
Carrots (200g)
Salt
Coriander (1 tsp)
Ground ginger
Black pepper
Vegetable oil (2 tbsp.)
Vinegar 9% (1 tbsp.)
Beef (250g)
Sweet pepper (red and yellow)
Green onion
Parsley
Olive oil
To start, grate 200g of carrots and set them aside. In a frying pan, heat up 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil, salt, 1 tsp. of coriander, ground ginger, and black pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the grated carrots and mix everything together. Then, add 1 tbsp. of vinegar and remove the pan from the heat.
Next, boil 250g of beef for 20-30 minutes and cut it into thin strips. Add salt to taste and mix it in with the carrots. Cut the sweet peppers, green onions, and parsley into thin stri
