Joe Biden joins TikTok ahead of 2024 election

President Joe Biden posted his debut TikTok on Sunday, 12 February, in a push to appeal towards young voters in the country. It comes after Republicans heavily criticised the video-sharing platform which is owned by Chinese firm ByteDance and has been accused of being a propaganda tool by political figures in the US. In the clip, Mr Biden was asked who his pick to win the Superbowl was as well as his favourite player. The Democratic president threw a curve ball and selected Mama Kelce - the mother of stars Travis and Jason Kelce - as his choice.
