A Proposed UFO Experiment (related to electro-gravitics)

I don’t particularly like the term “electro-gravitics“ but that’s what we’ve got to call it by. It’s a reference to a proposed property of the gravitational interaction that may rotate the inertial field of matter in a manner somewhat analogous to magnetism in the electromagnetic interaction. This would be a conservative force (not breaking any conservation laws) and wouldn’t be useful as an interstellar transport mechanism but it appears that it may be used by flying saucers to obviate deleterious inertial
