Ethiopian Bible (Why so different?)

Have you ever wonder why the Ethiopian bible is different when compared with the rest of the world? This video attempts to answer just that question! Although an official council of Jamnia may not have existed, there was no doubt conversations taking place around this period about the cannon of the Bible. In Ethiopia there are many paintings of “black“ Jesus and yet most of the popular images used are that of the European (i.e. while) Jesus. This may have to do with the impact of Western influence on the region.
