CZW - Ultraviolence Unleashed

Combat Zone Wrestling is a company that has been around since early 2000’s. That hasn’t stopped many fans from calling it an Extreme Championship Wrestling rip off over the years. While ECW had kendo sticks CZW had ultraviolent weapons such as light tubes, glass, and other appliances that fans had never seen used before at the time. It ushured in a whole new era for hardcore wrestling, gone were the cookie sheets and comedy matches previously scene in the World Wrestling Federation now known as WWE. Many companies would be inspired by CZW and while CZW isn’t quite on top like they used to be, companies such as Game Changer Wrestling and ICW No Holds Barred still continue the deathmatch spirit that was once pioneered by Combat Zone Wrestling.
