Triple Double, Berm Bob & Sprint Relay — The 2016 Crossfit Games

Among Crossfit Mayhem’s seven first-place finishes at this year’s Games was a win in the Triple Double event, an epic “triplet“ that featured Ski-Ergs, double unders, GHD medball tosses, synchronized squat snatches and muscle ups and rowing. The Berm Bob featured 4 rounds of a 500m berm run and a 140ft. Big Bob sled push. The Sprint Relay tested the individual athletes’ speed and explosiveness.
