How masculinity became a dirty word: the feminisation of boys in British schools

Over the last twenty or thirty years it has become fashionable to mock, deride and create a sense a fear around the idea of masculinity. By the modern reading of the word, masculinity equates with violence, war, misogyny and rape. This is complete reversal of what masculinity has traditionally meant.
