【天心流】“Kojiri-Gaeshi 小尻返“【Tenshinryu】

“Kojiri-Gaeshi (小尻返)“ It is also one of technique used in castle. We call this kind of technique “Denchu Toho Saya no Uchi (殿中刀法鞘之中)“. When we face each other and suddenly opponent drew katana or do something, we hit opponent’s face or finger with “Kojiri (鐺)“ before opponent’s action. Actually we use “Kojiri-Gaeshi“ when there is a bit distance between we and opponent because we can not hit with “Tsuka-gashira (柄頭)“ like “Tsuka Uchi (柄打)“ in last post.
