The Songbook: YUNGBLUD

In this episode of Gibson TV’s The Songbook, YUNGBLUD plays impassioned acoustic versions of his hit songs “Strawberry Lipstick,“ “Loner,“ and “Mars,” and talks about the writing and inspiration behind the music. YUNGBLUD discusses how he wrote “Loner” on an old out-of-tune piano that used to belong to his grandmother while visiting his parents on Easter Sunday and describes how the audience reacted to the song when he first performed it in public the next day.
