This was a young bedouin man who had was just learning to play the qitara only a year before this video was taken (April, 2012). He lives near the ’bridge’ which was made famous in the film ’Lawrence of Arabia’, which is a natural bridge formed by rocks. He offered us coffee and tea, refusing to accept anything for his hospitality. The hospitality truly is an incredible thing to experience. Wadi Rum offers the natural state of the bedouins along with a sincere ’welcome’ to all who visit its pristine sands.
