FIERY FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT - Blast Fat | Sculpt Your Body

Hi team! Join me for an intense, fiery full body dumbbell home workout. We will hit the lower body, upper body and the abs. We will work for 40 socnds and rest for 20. We will perform 3 rounds of each. These are some of my favorite compound movements for building strength and burning fat. You will need a set of dumbbells. Ill be using a set of 10lbs and 20 lbs.
